(N)GRDGOU Cable Fearure:
(N)GRDGOU cable are crane cable providing power and control. Commonly used in festoon systems for overhead gantries and industrial handling equipment, and in heavy-duty container cranes. (N)GRDGOU-O/J 0.6/1kV Cable has applications across heavy industry, including mining and ship-to-shore marine loading. Also commonly referred to as Chain cables.
(N)GRDGOU cables have a rugged and robust rubber outer sheathing to protect the conductors during repeated flexing. As with all crane cables, they can operate under high mechanical stress, with torsional stresses of up of ± 90°/m, tensile loads of 15N/mm2, and travel speeds of up to 240m per minute. Their robust and flexible construction suits applications in dry, damp or wet rooms and in wet industrial conditions. Both cables come in black as standard.
